HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy laid the foundation stone for the world’s largest campus of Infosys, which will be developed at a cost of Rs. 1,250 crore in a 447-acre special economic zone , at Pocharam here on Saturday. Once it is complete, the facility will have five million sq. ft, seating 25,000 software professionals. Chairman and chief mentor of Infosys N. R. Narayana Murthy told presspersons that initially a campus would be built to accommodate 10,000 seats, apart from a hostel, health facilities, gym, cafeterias and other facilities at a cost of Rs. 600 crore in three years.
