Dharna staged

NEW DELHI: The Dogra Samaj, Delhi, staged a dharna and a play at Jantar Mantar here on Monday to highlight the plights of the Dogra community in Jammu and Kashmir.

Pointing out that the militancy in the trouble-torn State was due to the proxy war launched by the ISI and fundamentalist organisations, Dogra Samaj, Delhi, general secretary Mahesh Chander said the inefficient, non-responsive and directionless political system prevailing in the Valley had also contributed to the current political turmoil.
