High Court order stayed

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed an order passed by the Karnataka High Court directing the personal appearance of the Director-General of Border Security Force on August 19 for not implementing the court’s earlier directions. A three-judge Bench comprising Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, Justice P. Sathasivam and Justice J.M. Panchal stayed the order till August 22, when the matter will be taken up for hearing.
