Three cases of alleged suicide

NEW DELHI: Three persons, including a woman, allegedly committed suicide in different parts of the Capital on Tuesday.

Phatte Singh (26) hanged himself from a ceiling fan around 2-30 a.m. He was an alcoholic and reeling under heavy debt, the police said. He was a resident of Ghattoli village in the New Ashok Nagar area.

In Rohini, Charan (32), a labourer, allegedly hanged himself with a sari of his wife in the morning. He was perturbed because of some personal problem.

In another case, Jyoti Shah (30) of Subroto Park was found hanging from the ceiling fan by her neighbours in the morning. Her husband is in the Air Force.
