Conflicting signals

MYSORE: The Government is sending conflicting signals on the Chamalapura thermal power plant, according to energy expert Shankar Sharma of MGP. In a press release here on Wednesday, he said the Government was issuing contradictory statements with regard to the implementation of the project.
