Tata Capital, Mitsubishi join hands


MUMBAI: Tata Capital on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mitsubishi UFJ Securities for cross-border investment banking, global offering of Indian equities and development of the domestic bond market services. Tata capital and Mitsubishi would help Japanese companies looking to set up shop in India or vice-versa.
