Industrial policy by month-end

Bangalore: Minister for Large and Medium Scale Industries Murugesh R. Nirani has said that a new comprehensive industrial policy will be announced by the month-end.

He was speaking at an interactive session organised by the Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), here on Tuesday.

Welcoming the gathering, KASSIA president Arvind N. Burji said that convening a roundtable conference by the Government would help in addressing the major problems faced by the small-scale industrialists. — Special Correspondent
