Guru’s petition alleges rights violation

CHENNAI: A petition was submitted to the State Human Rights Commission on behalf of Kaduvetti J. Guru of the Vanniar Sangam on Thursday, alleging violation of human rights by the State government. Advocate K. Balu, in his petition stated that Mr. Guru was not being provided normal facilities given to a prisoner. — Special Correspondent
