Aloysius College ‘A’ triumphs

MANGALORE: Aloysius College ‘A’ team defeated its ‘B’ team 4-2 in tie-breaker in the final of the Degree Colleges section of the Independence Cup football tournament at the Nehru Maidan on Friday.

Aloysius ‘B’ team lost to Rozario College 0-2 in the PU Colleges category.

Other results: High Schools (girls): Infant Jesus Joyland bt Lourdes Central 2-0.

High School (boys): Bharathi English Medium (Ullal) bt Rozario 4-3 (in tie-breaker).
