Two blasts in Assam

Guwahati: Two bomb blasts by suspected ULFA militants rocked lower Assam’s Bongaigaon district on Saturday. The first took place at 8.10 a.m. near a police checkpoint in Swahidbedi area. The next went off five minutes later at Paglathan.
