Organised by the Thrissur Architects Club, the exhibition showcased modern and hi-tech building trends across the world. It also provided an interface between manufacturers and consumers. The exhibition had an attractive array of imported and local products. The range included Italian marble walls, German designer bath appliances, aluminium fabrication works, floor tiles, bathroom fittings, pumpsets, fungus-free pipes, modular kitchens, wooden flooring, designer pottery, furnishings, ceramic tiles, paints, wall coatings, lamps and wall hangings. Stalls that displayed vitrified tiles that can be used for walls and other designer purposes, waste water treatment systems, solar heaters and imported security systems and smoke and gas leak sensors attracted many curious visitors. Model of a three-bedroom house, which can be built in three cents of land, was one of the main attractions at the expo. Many prospective buyers thronged the stalls of the construction companies.
