BSNL Customer Service Centre to be open on Sundays

CHENNAI: The R. K. Nagar Customer Service Centre (CSC) of BSNL, Chennai Telephones will be open on Sundays and holidays.

A Chennai Telephones press note said the CSC would be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on holidays.

The services include sale of prepaid and postpaid cards, sale of duplicate SIM cards — much needed in the event of a mobile getting lost — and sale of recharge/top-up coupons.

Value-added services

Apart from providing value added services like STD/ISD/GPRS/call conferencing, booking of complaints relating to mobile, landline and broadband would be accepted.

Customer feedback would determine inclusion of more services, increasing the working hours or extending this feature to other CSCs in the city, the press note said.
