Thiruvananthapuram: An Income Tax Officer in Thodupuzha, a Health Service official in Thiruvananthapuram and college students were among the 37 persons nabbed and fined for ticket-less travel during snap checks conducted by Kerala State Road Transport Corporations squads in the State on Monday.
