Narayana Murthy to open ISiM building

MYSORE: Infosys Chairman and Chief Mentor N. R. Narayana Murthy will inaugurate the new building of the International School of Information Management (ISiM), the first information school in Asia, on the Manasagangotri campus here on August 20. Informatics (India) Ltd., Bangalore, had released grants for the building. ISiM is a Ford Foundation-funded initiative. Ganesan Balachander, representative, Ford Foundation, New Delhi, and N. Ravi Shanker, joint secretary, Union Department of Information Technology, will be the guests of honour. — Staff Correspondent
