Aparajith hits century

Chennai: B. Aparajith scored a 245-ball 102 for City I in its two-day match against City II in the TNCA City under-16 round robin which finished in a draw on Tuesday.

The scores: City I 265 for six in 90 overs (Ganga Sridhar Raju 59, B. Aparajith 102, R. Vishnu 57, U. Pavan three for 31) drew with City II 220 for nine in 90 overs (Nitin Dharam 55, Mohan Babu 37, S. Selva 33).

City IV 134 in 64.5 overs (K.R. Vishal 36 not out, R. Vineeth three for 19) and 133 for seven in 46 overs (M. Alagappan 47) drew with City III 177 in 82.5 overs (Aswin Crist 39 not out, V.S. Vignesh 33, M. Sidharth 25, S. Aafaaq Khan five for 23).
