Free medical camp for head-load workers

Thiruvananthapuram: The district committee of the Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board is organising a free medical camp for its members here on August 23 and 24.

Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs M. Vijayakumar is scheduled to inaugurate the camp to be held at the SMV High School in association with State Bank of Travancore and KIMS Hospital. Board chairman Kattakada Sasi will preside over the function.

Doctors from the General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Cardiology departments are expected to participate in the camp.
