Indian junior spikers post third win

New Delhi: India continued its winning streak in the Asian junior men’s volleyball championship in Tehran, stunning Indonesia 25-21, 25-18, 27-25 on Monday.

Indian spikers put up a gutsy performance to score their third successive win in the tournament.

Earlier, India had defeated other two Group ‘C’ contenders Korea 3-1 and Sri Lanka 3-0.

Easy for China

In a Group ‘D’ match, China beat Chinese Taipei 3-0. — PTI
