Breeze Hotel to expand

CHENNAI: Breeze Hotel, part of Rajathi group of companies, plans to set up 15 business class hotels in 15 key towns in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh with an investment of Rs. 500 crore.

This expansion plan will have a combination of green field projects, joint ventures, hotel management arrangements and out-right purchase of existing properties in the targeted cities.

According to Amrendhran, CEO, the project will be undertaken in three phases and is expected to commence in 2009. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as consultants for this project.
