Morparia moves to JP Morgan

MUMBAI: Top ICICI Group official Kalpana Morparia has been appointed financial services major J P Morgan’s Chief Executive Officer for Indian operations. “Ms. Morparia offers J P Morgan a tremendous opportunity to accelerate the progress we have made in building our Indian franchise,” Chairman and Chief Executive of J P Morgan Asia Pacific Gaby Abdelnour said in a statement.
