Three killed in road accidents

GULBARGA: Three persons including a woman were killed on the spot in two different accidents in Yadgir taluk in Gulbarga district on Friday. While two persons belonging to a family were killed on the spot and 25 others injured when their jeep overturned after one of its tyres burst near Lingeri Tanda Cross. The deceased have been identified as Mallavva B. Madiwal (50) and Mahantesh Chandrappa (40).

In another accident, a motorcyclist, Ham Fernandez, died on the spot after his vehicle skidded. — Special Correspondent
