Italian tie-up for Unitek

KOCHI: Unitek, manufacturers of power electronic equipments, has signed an agreement with Borri Industrial Power Solutions, Italy, to market Borri products in India. The company will set up a manufacturing facility in Kerala with an expected investment of Rs.30 crore. The products, to be known as UnitekBorri, will be manufactured at the plant, according to John Zachariah, managing director, Unitek. — Special Correspondent
