Arbitration panel asks Tata to pay $19 m to RCom

Tata Communications has been directed by the global arbitration tribunal to pay $19 million plus interest to Reliance Cloblacom as damages over a cable dispute two years ago Tata Communications said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
