Appeal rejectedMeanwhile, the State Information Commission has rejected an appeal filed by Mr. Jomon Puthenpurackal claiming that the State Human Rights Commission had supplied him wrong information on its sittings at Guruvayur. Rejecting the appeal filed under the RTI Act, State Chief Information Commissioner Palat Mohandas and Information Commissioner P.
