Tata Power to acquire 10 p.c. stake in Australian company

Tata Power on Thursday decided to acquire 10 per cent stake in Australia-based geothermal energy company Geodynamics at an investment of Australian dollar 44.1 million (about Rs. 165 crore) to strengthen its renewable energy portfolio, says a release.
