Kutcheri in the park

CHENNAI: V.Varsha, a class IX student of SBOA School, Anna Nagar, will give a Carnatic music recital on Sunday as part of the ‘Sundaram Finance Kutcheri in the park’ series. The programme will be held at Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore, at 6.30 a.m., a release said.

She will be accompanied by Priyamvadaa on the violin and Kaushik Rajagopal on the Mridangam. Launched in February 2006, this series features a programme on the first Sunday of every month between 6.30 a.m. and 7.30 a.m. It is open for children below 15 years. For registration, call: 94440 40748.
