Alcatel-Lucent appoints new board members

NEW DELHI: Alcatel-Lucent’s board of directors has approved the appointment of Philippe Camus as the company’s non-executive Chairman as of October 1. Ben Verwaayen will be the chief executive officer. Mr. Ben will also join the company’s board of directors, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
