Basu has blood clots in brain

Kolkata: Veteran Marxist Jyoti Basu was admitted to a nursing home here on Sunday after a CT scan revealed that blood clots had formed in his brain after he fell and injured himself at his residence on Friday. He was under observation, said a medical bulletin issued by the nursing home. — PTI
