Club holds week-long celebrations

KARIMNAGAR: Members of the Vasavi Club Vanitha Karimnagar affiliated to International association of Vasavi Clubs participated in various social welfare programmes as part of their Vasavi week celebrations from 1 to 7 September.

During this celebration, members distributed clothes to 42 inmates of Bala sadan in Karimnagar town.

They also felicitated the teachers Rajamouli and Ch. Srinivas on the occasion of Teachers’ day celebrations.

On Sunday, members distributed rice, sugar, oil, dal and vegetables to about 30 poor and handicapped persons as part of the Vasavi Vishista seva utsav.

Vasavi club Karimnagar president Manchala Tara, general secretary Jandhyam Madhavi, treasurer Vetcha Pranitha, zonal chairperson Thota Krishna Kumari and others were also present on this occasion.
