BEML bags contract

BANGALORE: Bharat Earth Movers Ltd. (BEML) has bagged a contract for stainless steel EMU coaches. The Railway Board has placed a developmental contract on BEML for designing, manufacturing, supplying, testing and commissioning 18 state-of-the–art stainless steel AC EMU coaches at a cost of Rs. 31 crore, according to a BEML release. — Staff Reporter
