SRF announces closure of Thai unit acquisition

NEW DELHI: SRF on Monday announced the closure of its acquisition of Thai Baroda Industries Limited at Rayong in Thailand. “All financial dues as per the restructuring plan approved by the Court have been paid in Thailand. As of now, the company is a 100 per cent subsidiary of the SRF Group,” SRF said in a statement.
