Appeal for divorce withdrawal by wife

Hyderabad: An appeal pertaining to the right of a wife to withdraw the consent given for divorce came up for hearing before a division bench of the A.P. High court on Wednesday. The husband who is businessman contended that once consent is given it can not be with drawn. -Legal Correspondent
