Stay on proceedings against security agency

Hyderabad: Justice P. Swaroop Reddy of the High Court on Wednesday stayed the proceedings against Gurbani Securities Pvt. Limited which was facing charges by a woman against whom the petitioner had given a report.

The woman’s husband engaged the services of the private detective agency to submit a report against his estranged wife. The wife filed a police complaint against Gurbani Securities alleging that false evidence was prepared and there is conspiracy. The judge issued notices and stayed further proceedings.
