Asset Homes to diversify

KOCHI: Kochi-based Asset Homes plans to diversify to offer better services to customers and would be opening a subsidiary company ‘Asset Care’ to offer home care services including maintenance, interior decoration and rental services.

The company will make leasing arrangements for the customers, said managing director K.A. Mohamad Saleem, adding that it is the first such company to offer this new concept in Kerala.

Asset Homes which has already delivered three projects ahead of schedule will be completing another nine projects by December, he said. He said that the new concepts experimented by the company will be much helpful to the majority of the customers of the company who are Non resident Keralites.

To open more offices

It has already opened offices at Thiruvananthapuram and Dubai to offer better services.

It has franchises in the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

It is planned to open more offices in the near future, he said.

Asset Homes specialises in constructing digital homes and luxury apartments along with CRG (Close relationship groups) homes, river view apartments, SOHO (small office home office) units, green homes, and service apartments.

Digital homes

Digital homes have the most sophisticated systems including bio-metric doors that are operated by sensing the fingerprints, wi-fi network, automated gate operating systems, digital lockers etc bringing the latest technology to Kerala, Mr. Saleem pointed out.

The company has twenty-five ongoing projects in Kerala and has already commissioned three CRG homes at Kaloor, Edapally and at Eroor in Kochi. It is on target to deliver 361 homes this year.
