Kozhikode, Kannur win title

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kozhikode and Kannur won the boys and girls titles respectively in the State junior handball championships at the Jimmy George indoor stadium here on Friday.

Kozhikode overcame host Thiruvananthapuram 23-18 in the boys final.

Kannur beat Thiruvananthapuram 18-8 to win the girls title.
