Rao posts win

VIJAYAWADA: T.M. Rao of Government Printing Press defeated Sk. Shafiullah of Railway Institute (Vijayawada) 23-8, 19-22, 18-11 in the first round of the men’s singles of the Krishna District carrom tournament (men and women) here on Friday.

The tournament was inaugurated by K.N.S. Sankar Rao, President, Krishna District Carrom Association.
