Qadir blames it on non-technocrats

Lahore: Former Pakistan spinner Abdul Qadir has said that the non-technocrats who were at the helm of the affairs for the last nine years had destroyed Pakistan cricket. He demanded that a former Test cricketer should run the affairs of the PCB.
