SGPC plans warm welcome for Manmohan

Fatehgarh Sahib: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee president Avtar Singh Makkar said the committee will accord warm welcome to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during his Punjab visit later this month.

Talking to reporters on Saturday, after presiding over a function to commemorate the 107th death anniversary of famous Punjabi literary personality Giani Ditt Singh organised by the Giani Ditt Singh Memorial Society at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib, Makkar said when Dr. Singh will visit Darbar Sahib next week, he will be accorded warm welcome. — PTI
