Tiwari condoles killing of student

HYDERABAD: Governor N. D. Tiwari has expressed grief over the brutal killing of Sowmya Reddy, a student hailing from Adilabad district pursuing MS in Chicago University. In a message, he conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.
