Tentative FDA nod for Aurobindo Pharma drug

HYDERABAD: Aurobindo Pharma has been given tentative approval to manufacture and market Abacavir Sulfate tablets from the US-FDA. The company said in a release here on Wednesday, the New Drug Application provides for the use of the tablets in combination with other anti-retroviral drugs in paediatric patient for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. — Special Correspondent
