NTPC holds workshop to prevent plant shutdowns

KOLKATA: At a time when power plant shutdowns, especially forced ones, are affecting the power supply position, National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has started holding workshops that discuss technologies in predictive maintenance, a press release said. The workshop was inaugurated by A. K. Bala, Director (human resource development), West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company. — Special Correspondent
