Big win for PGSC

MYSORE: A brace by centre-half Syed Sadegh Vasefi (10th & 55th minutes) and a goal each by Arun Kumar (16th), Ali Chagharvand (40th) and Md. Hussein Abdi (43rd) enabled Post Graduate Sports Council, Manasagangothri, register a 5-0 win over TTL College of Business Management in the quarterfinal league of the Chief Justice Hombegowda Memorial Gold Cup inter-collegiate football tournament at the University football grounds here on Thursday.

The results (quarterfinal league):

PG Sports Council, Manasagangothri, bt TTL College of Business Management 5-0; St. Philomena’s FGC drew with JSS College (Ooty Road) 0-0.
