India beats Egypt

VISAKHAPATNAM: India defeated Egypt in straight sets 25-16, 25-17, 25-15 in the first of the four-Test youth volleyball series at the port indoor stadium here on Thursday evening.

For the home team, Jagadeesh, Navjeet Singh and Srikapil in the attack and Vaishnav in the defence played well.
