MLA assaults workers

Biharsharif: Angered by the damage to the windscreen of his vehicle, a Bihar JD (U) MLA beat up two employees of a construction company on Friday. Asthawan Ajitendra Kumar’s jeep had hit an excavator parked on the middle of the road.

His bodyguard fired a few rounds, police said. No one was injured in the firing.— PTI
