Girl drowns

TIRUPATTUR: A Standard XII girl drowned while bathing in Andiapanoor Dam near here on Friday. The Fire Service personnel and locals retrieved the body.

Police said Jagadeshwari (17), student of Vadugamuthampatti Government Higher Secondary School, was a resident of Perumapattu.
