CPI (M) cadres condemn attack on Christians

In unison: CPI(M) cadres staging a demonstration in front of the Hosur Post Office on Friday condemning the attack on Christians in Gujarat. Orissa and Karnataka.

Krishnagiri: Members of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) staged demonstrations in Krishnagiri and Hosur on Friday to condemn the attack on Christians in Gujarat, Orissa and Karnataka.

In Krishnagiri, 50 cadres assembled in front of the Revenue Divisional Office and raised slogans demanding action against those behind the killing of 24 tribes who were converted to Christianity.

CPI (M) Central Committee Member S. Kumdhan presided. District Secretary D. Ravindran, District Executive Committee members G. Sekar and M. Dharman also spoke.

In Hosur, about 50 cadres staged a demonstration in front of the Post Office. Hosur Block Secretary P. Murthy spoke.
