Bangalore: The State Government has constituted a high-level State-level internal security committee headed by the Additional Chief Secretary. At the district level, security committees headed by the district in-charge Ministers have been constituted. At the State level, the Principal Secretaries of various departments apart from the top officials of the police intelligence will be members, while in districts, officials of the district administration including zilla panchayats will be members. — Special Correspondent
