Former MLA Adusumilli Jayaprakash on Wednesday came down heavily on the Opposition Telugu Desam Party leaders for what he termed as ‘politicisation’ of the ‘Metro Rail’ issue.

In a statement, he said the TDP had adopted a similar stand on Polavaram also.

The party had made it a practice to oppose the Congress Government just for the sake of opposing it, the former MLA alleged.
