House burgled

BERHAMPUR: Thieves broke into the house of P. Bhanu Murthy at Vaidyanath nagar of the city and took away ornaments, cash and other valuables. Mr Murthy and his family had been to Visakhapatnam since Sept 23.

They found the locks of their house broken expect for the main gate when they returned back on Friday.

More than 20 tolas of gold ornaments, 10 kgs of silver utensils, cash and other valuables were stolen. Police started investigation with the help of snifer dogs to track down the thieves.
