Government doctors’ strike from Sept. 29

HYDERABAD: Members of the AP Government Doctors’ Association will go on indefinite strike from September 29 in all teaching institutions, district hospitals, CHC hospitals, to press their demands, including implementation of the high-power committee recommendations. However, they will exempt emergency services and post-mortems. The doctors will go on ‘total’ strike from October 2, including post-mortems and emergencies. –Special Correspondent
