College student attacked, killed

CHANDIGARH: Kushal Sharma, a B.A. final year student of the Government College at Panchkula near here, was killed on Saturday after some boys armed with sharp-edged weapons allegedly attacked him outside the college in Sector 1.

The Panchkula police said the victim was waiting for a bus in front of the college when he was attacked.

According to preliminary investigations, it could be a case of “old enmity.”
